建立了螺杆泵采油系统优化设计模型和杆柱扶正器优化设计模型，匀壁厚定子，确定了杆柱扶正器合理布置方式，使螺杆泵系统能够保持长期运行，有效防止杆管偏磨。通过对定子橡胶与不同举升介质的适应性研究，使定子橡胶更具有针对性和目的性，研究确定了螺杆泵定子橡胶的检测和评定方法，以及合理过盈量的选择原则。

通过对螺杆泵定子结构及参数的优化设计，开发了等壁厚定子螺杆泵，解决了常规螺杆泵定子受力、散热和溶胀不均匀等技术不足;在现场应用中充分表现出了泵效高、系统的特点，显示了良好的工作性能。螺杆泵采油配套技术是保证油井正常生产、提高油井运转时率和检泵周期、实现有效举升的不可缺少的辅助技术措施，本文在螺杆泵采油系统优化设计的理论基础上，对防偏磨等配套技术进行了试验研究。

2.均匀并且薄的橡胶层在设备运行过程中抗变形能力好，因而等壁厚定子螺杆泵单级承受的压力高，在相同工况运行下，可以减少泵的级别和定转子之前过盈的配合量，同时运转扭矩和系统于常规泵型，从而提高泵的使用性能。

2. Uniform and thin rubber layer is with good anti-deforming

capability in the operation process of the equipment， so screw pump of the

stator with equal wall thickness bears high pressure based on1 single stage

which can reduce pump level and previous excess suitable quantity of stator and

rotor in case of operation under the same operating condition and operating

torque and system efficiency are higher than those of conventional pump to

improve pump usability.

1.等壁厚定子是橡胶层薄而均匀，可以改善螺杆泵运行时的散热效果，不会产生热聚集效应，而温度是影响定子寿命的敏感元素之一，等壁厚定子因有良好的散热性能可以减缓橡胶的热老化，从而使用寿命比常规泵长。

1. Rubber layer of the stator with equal wall thickness is

thin and uniform which can improve the heat 1dissipation effect when the screw

pump operates and no thermal aggregation effect is produced. The temperature is

one of sensitive elements affecting lifetime of the stator. The stator with

equal wall thickness can slow down thermal ageing of the rubber because it has

good heat 1dispersion， as a result， its service life is longer than that of

conventional pump.
